Almond butter vs. Peanut butter: Which one is better?
Although both almond butter and peanut butter have similar nutritional values, almond butter is healthier because it contains more vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
In addition, almond butter is better than peanut butter because almonds are not as inflammatory as peanuts.
